I have used this same mouse at two different companies I have worked for over the last three years. It took a little getting used to the first week, but after than I can use it like a charm. I no longer have any kind of wrist, elbow or hand pain. I highly recommend. Be aware that they come in different sizes. I also suggest using an ergonomic keyboard.

with the use of 3M ergonomic mouse the pain in my hand, arm, and shoulder went away. I really like it. I actually can't use the regular mouse.

Excellent mouse replacement - particularly for those with hand problems - carpel tunnel, arthritis and/or tendinitis. It takes a little bit getting used to, but well worth it. It uses large muscle movement instead of just hand and fingers.

I found it difficult to use a conventional mouse because of arthritis and my tremor. After using this mouse for two years, the pain has gone away, and I can keep my mousing tremor under control. It is a very comfortable mouse.

This did provide some relief to my sore wrist and hand. After a while I feel some strain in my arm. I don't care for the button that activates the scroll function ... it would be better to have a scroll wheel. Other than that it's nice and simple to use. I eventually bought a Kensington trackball with scroll wheel, and I use that mostly, but I still use this 3M ergo mouse regularly for short periods.
